Customers can see how much loyalty they earned when they make purchases in store. The same is true for purchases made online if you use Lightspeed eCom (E-Series). However, customers will only earn loyalty once they've paid for their purchase in full.
Viewing loyalty earned on in-store sales
Each time a customer makes a purchase in store, they can see how much loyalty they earned and their loyalty balance. To display this information, however, you need to enable settings in your receipt template.

They can also ask a staff member to check their loyalty balance at checkout or in their customer account in Retail POS.
