How to connect an existing eCom (E-Series) account to Retail POS (X-Series)

If you already have an existing eCom (E-Series) account, you can link it to your Retail POS (X-Series) account from your eCom admin. If you don't have an existing eCom account, follow the instructions on our Setting up eCom (E-Series) with Retail POS (X-Series) article instead.

1. From your eCom admin, navigate to Other Channels > POS (or Other Channels > Lightspeed Retail; in this case, proceed to step 3).

2. Click Connect Lightspeed Retail.

3. Click Go!

4. Next, choose Yes, connect my store to Lightspeed Retail.

5. Sign in to your Retail POS account. You can link only one of your Retail POS registers to your eCom account.

6. Click Connect.

7. You will then be redirected back to your eCom account. Click Edit if changes are required, or click Save settings to finish.

Your eCom store is now connected with your Retail POS account!
