Why is my In Store Order not showing on the Fulfillments page?


Once an In Store Order has been sold, why am I not able to locate it on the Fulfillments page?


  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Vend on iPad


In Store Orders that are sold containing a product which does not have inventory available at the time of sale will not appear on the Fulfillments page.

Ordering stock into your store for the affected product will not surface the order within the Fulfillments page after the fact. These unfulfilled sales will only be located in the Sales History and must be completed there.

In Store Orders where all products had inventory available at the time of sale will appear on the Fulfillments page as normal.
