How to reactivate a BigCommerce account created in Retail POS (X-Series)


To reactivate a cancelled BigCommerce account which was originally created and billed in Retail POS.


  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Retail POS on iPad


Only accounts that have been cancelled within the last 90 days can be reactivated.

This cannot be completed without Support assistance. Please use the Help function within your Retail POS store to contact our Retail Support team


This only applies to BigCommerce accounts originally created and billed within Retail POS.

To reactivate cancelled BigCommerce accounts created and billed on BigCommerce, contact the BigCommerce support team.
