Customize your Sales Reports

Sales Reports can be used to drill into your stores sales data. This will allow you to track sales progress, forecast for future periods, and make promotional decisions based on real data.

Use the following features to customize the Sales Reports to suit your requirements.

Report Type

By default, your Sales Reports will display a Sales Summary. You can choose to drill down into specific data points in order to review higher-level trends using Report Type.

The available Report Types are:

  • User
  • Outlet
  • Register
  • Customer
  • Customer Group
  • Promotion
  • Sales Channel
  • Product
  • SKU Name
  • Brand
  • Supplier
  • Product Type
  • Tag
  • Variant Attribute: Size



Filter your results to focus on different views of your sales. The available Sales Reports Measures are:

  • Avg. Items per Sale
  • Avg. Sale Value
  • Avg. Sale Value (Incl. Tax)
  • Cost of Goods Sold
  • Customer Count
  • Discounted
  • Discounted (%)
  • First Sale
  • Gross Profit
  • Items Sold
  • Last Sale
  • Margin (%)
  • Return Count
  • Returns (%)
  • Revenue
  • Revenue (Incl. Tax)
  • Sale Count
  • Sales with Customer (%)
  • Tax

Date Range

You can choose to review sales performance in a specific period (Specify Period) or between specific dates (Specify Dates).



A good indicator of how sales are tracking is to review a similar period in the past. This can also allow you to plan for the same period in the future. You can choose to compare the same dates in the previous year or same period in the previous year, after selecting such under Date Range.
