Why didn't my product tags sync to WooCommerce?

Setup

  • Retail POS (X-Series) for Mac or PC
  • WooCommerce integration

Answer

If the product tags already exist on WooCommerce then the product tags from Retail POS will fail to sync, as you cannot combine or link tags. The product tags on WooCommerce must be deleted first so they can be recreated by Retail POS.

Once the tags are deleted you can republish the product, and the product tags should sync.
