If a customer would like to return an order they purchased on your BigCommerce and WooCommerce store, you can either:
- Process the return on BigCommerce or WooCommerce, and the return will sync back through to Retail POS
Once the return is completed on BigCommerce and WooCommerce, a refund will appear in your Retail POS Sales History. The original sale will then have the status Exchange, completed.
- Process the return in Retail POS
- It is important to note that as the sync is one way (BigCommerce or WooCommerce -> Retail POS), and the return WILL NOT sync back to your BigCommerce or WooCommerce platform.
