Why does the customers loyalty show a balance of 0.00 but have a different figure under 'BALANCE'?

The customer had accrued a loyalty balance before the loyalty was disabled for them. When loyalty is disabled, the customer still retains the loyalty earned but will display a balance of 0.
The customers loyalty balance will be added back once loyalty has been re-enabled for them.
