Why is a product not being added to an order when using the Add products from recommendations option?

Question

When adding a product via the Add products from recommendations option, why is it not listed in the table to be added to the order?

Setup

  • Retail POS on iPad
  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Answer

You can now add products from unfulfilled orders and if those products are already in an open/sent order, they won't populate in the recommendations.
