Why are the order statuses in BigCommerce not updated?

Question

Why are orders I have marked as fulfilled in Vend not updating in BigCommerce?

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • BigCommerce Integration

Answer

If you have an existing BigCommerce integration with Vend, you will need to re-connect or update your Vend app in BigCommerce’s marketplace in order for order statuses in BigCommerce to be updated
