Mark online orders as fulfilled
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- BigCommerce, Shopify or WooCommerce Integration
- Navigate to Inventory -> Fulfillments
- Search for the order that needs to be marked as fulfilled
- Click to expand the order
- Click Mark as Packed for Click & Collect orders, or Mark as Shipped for orders for delivery
Marking an order as Packed will update the status of the order to Awaiting Pickup for Click & Collect orders or Awaiting Shipment for Delivery orders on BigCommerce.
The status will not be updated for Shopify, or WooCommerce orders.
When an order has been collected and Mark as Picked Up, or shipped and Mark as Shipped it will show a Pick Up, Completed, or Delivery, Completed status in Retail POS. Shopify will show a Fulfilled status, while BigCommerce and WooCommerce will show a Completed status.
