I work with a payment provider that's not listed in Vend's list of payment providers, how can I setup integrated payments with my card reader?
- Third party payment provider
- Collect the contact details of the representative/department that you work directly with
- Call into Vend Support or submit a ticket inquiring about a possible payment integration with your payment provider (include the information from #1)
- A Payments Specialist will loop in your provider onto a single email thread in order to set a plan moving forward to get integrated
If you have an existing card reader from your payment provider, it may not be supported by the integration. You may be expected to purchase another card reader if your payment provider is unable to swap out for your current device.
