Error when creating products in Vend, "Sorry, we couldn't sync some data"

Problem

Vend prompting an error message stating "Sorry, we couldn't sync some data", when a new product is being saved in your Vend store.

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Google Chrome

Solution

Clearing the cache on your web browser

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More.
  3. Click More Tools.
  4. Click Clear Browsing Data... from the options presented.
  5. At the top, select All time as the Time range.
  6. Next to Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
  7. Click Clear data.
