How do I setup my existing Worldpay terminal with my new credentials?

Objective

New credentials may be provided by Worldpay, so these need to be updated under the existing payment type in Vend. 

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Vend on iPad 

Steps

Remove the existing terminal

  1. First, Login to your admin user account for your Vend store on a Mac or PC
  2. Navigate to Setup -> Payment Types
  3. Select Worldpay
  4. Select the small trash can icon next to the terminal you want to remove

Unpairing the terminal

  1. You will now need to contact Worldpay Support directly so they can unpair the terminal
  2. Once the terminal is unpaired, you can then set it up using the new credentials
