Attempting to log in to Vend store results in a blank white screen but is able to be accessed through Incognito Mode on Google Chrome.
- Vend for Mac or PC
- Chrome Web Browser
Clear the cache:
- Navigate to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- On the Advanced tab, change the Time Range to All Time
- Ensure the first 4 boxes and the last box 'Hosted app data' are all checked
- Click Clear data
Remove any unknown extensions:
- Navigate to chrome://extensions/
- Click Remove on any unrecognised extensions
If the above steps fail, you may need to delete and reinstall Chrome.
