Blank white screen when trying to log into Vend


Attempting to log in to Vend store results in a blank white screen but is able to be accessed through Incognito Mode on Google Chrome.


  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Chrome Web Browser


Clear the cache:

  1. Navigate to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. On the Advanced tab, change the Time Range to All Time
  3. Ensure the first 4 boxes and the last box 'Hosted app data' are all checked
  4. Click Clear data

Remove any unknown extensions:

  1. Navigate to chrome://extensions/
  2. Click Remove on any unrecognised extensions  

If the above steps fail, you may need to delete and reinstall Chrome.
