How to edit payments in the Sales History

Setup

  •  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

  1. Navigate to Sell
  2. Click Sales History
  3. Find the sale you wish to edit
  4. Click the sale line to expand the view
  5. Click Edit
  6. Make any necessary changes to the payment type, date, time and amount for each payment
  7. Click Save Changes

Additional Information

  • Only Admin and Managers with permission can edit or add payments in the Sales History
  • Cannot edit Loyalty, Store Credit or Gift Card payments
  • Cannot edit Cash Rounding
  • Existing Integrated Payments cannot be corrected
  • Non-integrated payments can be edited into an integrated payment
