Emails are not populating automatically when emailing invoices from the sales history


When emailing invoices through the sales history to sales with customers attached who have an email listed, the email field is not automatically being populated.


  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Chrome Web Browser


This is caused extensions which interfere with the autofill function in Vend.


  1. Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner
  2. Click More tools
  3. Click Extensions
  4. Click on the blue toggle button to the right of each of your extensions until all of them are disabled
