I exported my inventory count, what does the 'status' column mean?

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC 
  • Vend for iPad  

Answer

The status column indicates whether the inventory for that product has been updated post the count. 

  • 'Successful' is once the inventory record for that product has been updated  
  • 'Pending' status means the inventory count has been completed but the inventory for that product has not yet been updated 

Additional Information

  • It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for all items to successfully update depending on the size of the count
  • If you think it's taking too long or it is not updating please contact support
