How to submit a ticket using the Vend Register app

  1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left
  2. Tap Dashboard
  3. Tap Help in the top right
  4. Tap Get Help
  5. Tap Submit a ticket
  6. Enter in your support question or request in the box. For the fastest service please be as specific as possible
  7. Tap Continue
  8. Review the suggested articles to see if they answer the question
  9. If the articles don't solve the issue, tap I Still Need Help
  10. Select a category you would like help with from the dropdown box
  11. Enter your email address in the Email field
  12. Enter your Vend Account URL in the URL field
  13. Enter a subject line in the Subject field
  14. Tap Submit Now
