Problem

Importing new products to a Price Book does not add them. There are no errors displayed.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC 

Cause

ID column is included in the CSV.

Solution

1. Delete the ID column
2. Make sure the included columns are only (sku, handle, retail_price, loyalty_value, min_units, max_units)
3. Save the CSV
4. Import the CSV to the Price Book
5. Save Price Book 
6. Refresh the page
