Why was only the first part of my Stock Return updated?

Question

I've completed a Stock Return but only the first half of the Products within it has had their inventory adjusted. Why would that happen?

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC 

Answer

This happens when you import a CSV file to your Stock Return and mark it as Sent without waiting for all the Products to load.

Additional Information

To rectify this issue, you can process a new Stock Return for the affected products.
