How does a BigCommerce customer sync to Vend?

• Vend for Mac or PC
• BigCommerce Integration

Answer

There are two scenarios on how BigCommerce customers sync to Vend:

1. When an order is placed on BigCommerce for an existing Vend customer, the order will sync to Vend based on the e-mail address included in the order
2. For new Vend customers, the BigCommerce customer will be created in Vend based on their billing details included in the order

Additional Information

• Vend will not update customer details changed on BigCommerce. Any updates after the fact will not send over to Vend
