Problem

When trying to edit a composite product which doesn't have a duplicate name or any incorrect fields, an error appears when trying to save:

"Please fix errors and try again"

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

This occurs when a composite product has a deleted child product associated with it.

Solution

Contact Retail POS support to temporarily restore the deleted child product.
