How to add notes to a customer account in Vend?

Objective

Add a note to a customer's account or profile. 

Setup

  • Vend for PC or Mac 

Steps

  1. Navigate to Customers > Customers in Vend and find the relevant customer
  2. Click on the customer's name and select Edit Customer
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Additional Information field
  4. After entering information into the Note field, click Save Customer

Additional Information

Notes can be viewed at the time of sale when a customer has been added to the sale by clicking the customer name and selecting Notes on customer, or by viewing the customer in the Edit Customer page.
