Vend App on CommBank Albert payment terminal stuck on "Registering"


The Vend App on the Albert payment terminal is stuck on Registering message. It is not accepting any integrated payments.


  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Vend on iPad
  • CommBank payment terminal


The terminal is not connected to the internet or is having some network connectivity issues.


Please reboot the payment terminal by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the button on the back left side of the terminal until the prompt appears
  2. Tap OK to confirm

Additional Information

Vend App must always be running on the payment terminal in order for it to accept integrated payments from your Vend POS.
