The Vend App on the Albert payment terminal is stuck on Registering message. It is not accepting any integrated payments.
- Vend for Mac or PC
- Vend on iPad
- CommBank payment terminal
The terminal is not connected to the internet or is having some network connectivity issues.
Please reboot the payment terminal by following the steps below:
- Press and hold the button on the back left side of the terminal until the prompt appears
- Tap OK to confirm
Vend App must always be running on the payment terminal in order for it to accept integrated payments from your Vend POS.
