Problem

Searching for the Product Name is not returning any results on the Product Page, but searching by the SKU is working as expected.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

There is an extra space in the Product Name. 

Solution

1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
2. Enter the Product Name in the search bar
3. Click Search
4. Click the pencil icon to edit it
5. Click into the Name field
6. Check for the extra space
7. Remove the space
8. Click Save
