Why isn't an order number appearing automatically for my Stock Order?

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC 

Cause

Order number prefix and Order number fields are left blank in the Outlet settings

Solution

  1. In Vend, click Setup
  2. Click Outlets and Registers
  3. Click Edit Outlet on the affected outlet 
  4. Enter in an Order number prefix and Order number 
  5. Click Save

Additional Information

For multi-outlet accounts, you will need to select the outlet the Stock Order is being delivered to before the Order Number will appear.
