Why am I experiencing a delay between processing sales and those sales being reflected on the Retail Dashboard?

Answer

This issue can occur if the wrong time zone has been selected for the outlet in your Vend account. The time zone for your outlet is separate from the time zone for the Vend account. Steps for changing your time zone can be found here: How to change the Outlet timezone.
