Re-sync a register closure to Xero that failed to sync on the first attempt.
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- Click Reporting
- Click Register Closures
- Find the register closure in the list which you want to sync, failed synchronisation attempts will be denoted by a red Xero icon
- Click the red Xero icon
- The register closure will now attempt to re-sync
- If the register closure syncs correctly it will show up as a blue Xero icon
