Why am I not receiving the reset password email?

 Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Vend on iPad

Cause

1. The incorrect Username is being entered.

2. The email associated has not been verified.

Solution

1. Check Username details, they will be:

  • Non case-sensitive
  • Space-sensitive
  • If a Primary Admin, use your email address

2. Check your email for email to Verify your email from Vend
