I didn't receive an email verification for my new trial, what should I do?

You have recently signed up for a new trial and have not received an email verification link.

  1. Check your email Spam folder
  2. The verification email will be titled Subject: ‘Please verify your email to complete your store setup
  3. Select Set Up My Vend Store
  4. It should take you to a landing page requesting a few more details about your business, and then you’ll be directed to your new trial!

If the email is not in your Spam folder: 

You will need to sign up for a new trial again. You will still be able to use the same email address you used previously. If you require any further assistance, please get in touch with our Support Team.
