How to send Connection Logs to Tyro help desk on iPad

Objective

Uploading Tyro connection logs for Tyro payment terminals

 Setup

  • Retail POS for iPad 

Steps

  1. Open the left-hand menu by tapping on the three horizontal lines
  2. Tap on Settings
  3. Tap on Hardware
  4. Under Tyro, tap View Logs
  5. Tap Send to Tyro

Additional Information

Retail POS does not have access to any logs that are uploaded, they are only visible to Tyro.
