Will my billing be updated when I delete a register?

Answer

Billing in Vend is based on the number of outlets and registers on your license. Deleting the register will not update your billing, you must remove the register license from the Manage Licenses section for your billing to be updated. Once this is complete, your next billing period will be updated automatically. 

To remove the register license, and update your billing:

  • Click Billing
  • Click Manage Licenses
  • Reduce the number of register licenses
  • Click Save
  • Click Adjust Licenses

Once the register has been deleted, and you have lowered the number of registers on your license, your next billing period will be updated automatically.

Additional Information

If I remove an extra register, will I be credited for the unused days?
