How to process a partial return


To return specific products on a sale involving multiple products.


  •  Retail POS for Mac or PC


  1. Click Sales History.
  2. Once a sale is located, click the arrow to begin the return
  3. On the sell screen, click the trash icon to remove any products your customer does not wish to return.
  4. Click Refund
  5. Refund the customer using their preferred payment option.
