How to manually import Shopify orders that have not synced to Retail POS (X-Series)


  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Shopify Integration


Through the Shopify app Page:

  1. Click Setup
  2. Click on Apps
  3. Beside Shopify click on the pencil icon
  4. Click on Get Shopify Orders
  5. In the drop-down list select Get New Shopify Orders

Through the Retail POS Sales Ledger:

  1. Click Sales Ledger
  2. Click on Update Shopify Orders


Additional Information

  • Orders will not import if they include deleted products
  • Orders can fail to import if they were placed on a 3rd party fulfillment app connected to Shopify
  • Shopify orders older than 60 days are unable to be imported into Retail POS
