Duplicate SKU error when publishing product to BigCommerce

Problem

Unable to publish this product to BigCommerce because the SKU 111 is already used by a product in BigCommerce.

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • BigCommerce Integration

Cause

This error occurs when an existing product in Vend and BigCommerce is edited on BigCommerce and the SKU is changed to a SKU number that already exists in Vend.

Solution

  1. Change the SKU of the product in Vend or the product in BigCommerce to something different to be able to publish this product

  2. If the issue persists please reach out to Vend Support
