When I use my login details, there is an error message: "Your user has been disabled".
- Vend for Mac or PC
The User has been disabled manually from the Users page.
- Ask an active User to log in (Primary Admin, Admin or Manager)
- Go to Setup
- Go to Users
- Check the Enabled column for the user in question
- Toggle the switch to turn it green
A Cashier role will not be able to modify this feature.
