Login error message: "Your User has been disabled"

Problem

When I use my login details, there is an error message: "Your user has been disabled".

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC

Cause

The User has been disabled manually from the Users page.

Solution

  1. Ask an active User to log in (Primary Admin, Admin or Manager)
  2. Go to Setup
  3. Go to Users
  4. Check the Enabled column for the user in question
  5. Toggle the switch to turn it green

Additional Information

A Cashier role will not be able to modify this feature.
