Why are user switching barcodes not working on my iPad?

Answer

If your scanner is configured in keyboard mode you'll only be able to use the scanner in search boxes. This means on iPad, Vend will try to match the user barcode number to a product or a customer.

To use user switching barcodes on iPad, you'll need your scanner to be configured in application mode.
