How to grant Vend support Quickbooks Online access

Objective

Grant Vend support Quickbooks Online access for troubleshooting.  

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Quickbooks Online

Steps

  1. In QBO, click the Gear icon 
  2. Under your company name, click Manage Users 
  3. Click Add User
  4. Select Standard User 
  5. Click Next 
  6. Select the items that Vend support will need to access to troubleshoot your issue
  7. Click Next 
  8. Enter Vend in the First name field, Support in the last name field and help@vendhq.com in the Email field. 
  9. Click Save 

Additional Information

Delete this user once your issue has been resolved.
