To sync errored sales from Retail POS on iPad with Retail POS servers.
- Retail POS for iPad
- Tap the three line menu in the upper left-hand corner
- Tap Online
- Tap Sales
- Tap Retry errored
We'd recommend trying this up to three times if sales do not sync the first time.
