A product's price on the sell screen does not match the price in the product page

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Vend on iPad

Cause

  • Need to sync data 
  • Pricebook
  • Promotion

Solution

  • Need to Sync Data 

On iPad

  1. Tap to open the side menu
  2. Tap the green 'online' button 
  3. Tap Sync all data at the bottom of the pop-up menu 

On Mac or PC

  1. Click Sell
  2. Click Status
  3. Click Reset data 
  • Pricebook
  1. Click Products
  2. Click Pricebooks
  3. Click each Pricebook to see if the product's retail price is being changed by the Pricebook
  • Promotion
  1. If a price tag icon appears next to the product on the sell screen, it's price is being affected by a promotion
  2. Click Products
  3. Click Promotions
  4. Click each promotion to see which products it is affecting
