I already have Afterpay integrated with Vend, why can I no longer take payments?
- Vend for Mac or PC
- Vend on iPad
- Afterpay credentials (Merchant ID, Device Name and device Secret)
Your device Secret has likely expired. You will need to remove and reconnect the Afterpay integration using an active device secret in order to take payments through Vend.
- If your Secret has not been activated within two months you will need to reply to the original email from Afterpay when you activated your account, requesting a new Secret or submit a ticket via the Afterpay website requesting secret details/reset secret
