Why do I receive an error message when sending email receipts to a customer or supplier?


Why do I receive an error 'Sorry, there was an error when sending the email receipt. Please try again' when trying to send a receipt to a customer or supplier in Vend?

It's possible the email address has been blocked due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

There are a few errors that could occur and affect emails sending. The best first step is to check the recipient isn't blocking the no-reply@vendhq.com email address.

If they've confirmed the address isn't blocked, get in touch with Support via the Contact Us link here and we can look into the particular email address affected.
