Why doesn't the total Loyalty amount show on receipts when a customer is attached to the sale?

  • Vend for iPad 

Answer

The total loyalty amount will not show on the receipt if the attached customer does not have an email address associated to their customer account. If you add an email address to the customer's account, the total loyalty amount will show.
