Objective

To change a product SKU from either an upper case or lower case. 

Setup

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

1. Navigate to Catalog -> Products
2. Click Export List...
3. Open your CSV
4. Read this guide before making any edits
5. Edit the SKU column to include the uppercase or lowercase letter 
6. Save the CSV
7. Navigate back to Catalog -> Products
8. Click Import
9. Drag or browse for the CSV you saved
10. Wait for the CSV tool to load your updates
