How to view and download your latest Retail POS (X-Series) Subscription bill

Objective 

To view and download your latest Retail POS Subscription bill (invoice/statement) on the Billing page

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup -> Billing
  2. Under Next Payment, click View Latest Statement

  3. When viewing the Retail POS Subscription bill, click on the arrow icon near the top right of the page to begin downloading

  4. Click Save
