Why is my Inventory Count showing a different counted amount on each of my devices?

Setup

  • Vend for Mac or PC
  • Vend on iPad
  • Vend Scanner App

Cause

  • Conducting an inventory count on multiple devices

 Solution

  1. On each device, click Pause to save the inventory count 
  2. Ensure that no device has the count open
  3. On one device, click the inventory count name
  4. Click Review
  5. Click Complete
