Why would importing a Product CSV file not take any effect?

When a Product CSV upload is complete, no changes are made and the below message shows up in the Notification section:


What could be causing it?


  • Vend for Mac or PC 


Usually, this is due to a Product limitation on one of the older subscription plan. This can be checked on your Billing page where you can also upgrade your plan.
