Why isn't my counted Inventory Count from Scanner appearing in Retail POS (X-Series)?

Setup

  • Retail POS on iPad
  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Scanner app 

Cause

You are not logged into your Retail POS store on the Scanner app.  

Solution

Log into your Retail POS store to access your Inventory Counts. Your counted products will automatically update to the Inventory Count.
