Answer

Sales can appear with a different date or time in your Sales Ledger due to the following scenarios: 

  • The device used to process the sales is set to a different time zone 
  • The device you're using to view the Sales Ledger is set to a different time zone 
  • Your outlet is set to a different time zone in the Outlets and Registers settings
